Return & Refund Policy

Bella Barnett General Item Return Policy - In most cases, items shipped from Bella Barnett can be returned within 30 days after delivery, and please do not damage the barcode on the original packaging. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Please contact us before you want to return an item you received in order to receive a return shipping address and other instructions. Please do not send it back without permission.

The following items/situations will not be accepted for return/refund
 Bikini
 Swimwear/Swimsuit
 Underwear

In case of defective/incorrect/missing items, our only responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one. Those who insist on a refund will need to return the item to the address we provide at their own expense.

We are unable to process refunds for any packages that fail to deliver, as they will not be returned to us. Parcels that are not processed within the time frame we have been notified of will be destroyed. At that time, the only option is to send a new package and the buyer will have to pay another 40% of the cost.

We are unable to issue refunds for packages that are shown as delivered but not received. And we cannot proceed further without providing the proof we require.

✳ Buy different sizes for the same product (Considering the expensive international express fee for returns, we recommend that you buy one size for each product. If you are not sure which size fits, please refer to the size chart or contact customer service, we will try our best to help you).

30 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE(Except for the items/situations described above)

If you are not satisfied with the item you received and would like to return it, you may submit a return request to us as follows: 

  1. Within 30 days  of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue.
  2.  We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
  3.  If Approved, you may also be asked to return the product.
  4. After receiving the returned item and checking that it do not affect secondary sales, we will refund (the shipping costs except). 
  5. Once the refund process is approved, we will only refund the money to the credit card/account where the payment was originally made. Requests for refunds to other credit cards/accounts for any reason will not be accepted.
  6. Where do I send returns?  Please contact our Customer service at hi@bellabarnett.com to get the returned address.

How about your products which are not broken but you want to return because you change your mind about the purchase?

It depends on:

  • Your package is on the way. We have to charge the freight for our compensation. Send email to hi@bellabarnett.com to get more details about the details of this return.(Return address&Expense, etc.)
  • You package is still in our warehouse. We can help you cancel your order without charging any fees.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually no more than 5 days)

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
