Bella Barnett General Item Return Policy - In most cases, items shipped from Bella Barnett can be returned within 30 days after delivery. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

If you are not satisfied with the item you received and want to return it, you can file a claim for compensation with the following procedure.
- Within 30 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
- We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
- If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
- After receiving the returned item and checking that it do not affect secondary sales, we will refund (the shipping costs except).

How about your products which are not broken but you want to return because you change your mind about the purchase?
It depends on:
- Your package is on the way. We have to charge the freight for our compensation. Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get more details about the details of this return.(Return address&Expense, etc.)
- You package is still in our warehouse. We can help you cancel your order without charging any fees.
If a defective/incorrect item is received, our responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one.
If a package is returned for destruction due to incorrect address/unclaimed, our only responsibility is to resend the package. And the buyer needs to pay the shipping cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
