Horrible customer service

Dress is well made but doesn’t fit well . I send 4 emails to request a return address with no response . They play games when it comes to a returns . Even when I am trying to post this review it only allows me to chose 5 stars

Sizing

The dress is beautiful and heavy you can tell it's well made I usually wear a small or medium but I had to get a large for this dress because it has zero stretch so I would recommend sizing up for this dress.
