I purchased the dress at a steal of a price for an event. After purchasing the dress, I saw information in the description section that made me second guess the measurements I took for the dress. I then reached out to the customer service because of the lack of information in the description of the dress. I had asked for clarification in order to avoid wasting time as one dress would take anywhere from 7 - 14 days. After sending my email, I was met with a one sentence reply telling me to wait for it to arrive to try it on and at that point if it wasn't my size, they would give an alternative... Why should someone wait when there could be clarifications given to make sure the size ordered is the correct size. After the first dress came, it was not my size, so I was forced to wait to see if the new dress coming would be more my size.
When it was finally arrived, the back was still too big... and due to the delay, I did not have enough time to buy another dress so I spent 2 weeks trying to gain weight to fill in dress. Also the quality of the dress was not what I expected. Through out the day, little seams kept unwravelling and even on the face of the dress, there were little knots forming. If I can attach a picture to better explain, I will. The price of the dress may have been amazing, and thankfully the ship time isn't bad, but the quality of everything was sub par at best and it is only given such a ranking because they did not ask me to pay for the second dress to be brought to me. This slightly made up for the fact that I had to wait almost 30 days for a dress that didn't even end up being my size.
